Refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method via PayPal and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
How to request
Log in → Account settings → "Request instant refund". The refund is processed immediately and you'll receive a confirmation email with your refund reference. If the automatic process ever fails, contact support@bearbankroll.com and we'll handle it manually.
What happens after a refund
Your membership access to the product is removed. Your account itself remains open unless you ask us to delete it.
Limits
Refunds requested after 7 days, or on accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (such as account sharing or content redistribution), are not eligible. One refund per customer.
